Work shall include following:- (a) Removal of all PLCs fitted inside control panel and serviceability checks/ replacement, (b) Connectorisation checks of all control and power supply wires of LCP from PLCs/ JBs to sensors and actuators, (c) Serviceability checks of governor and other electronic cards. (d) Serviceability checks of all relays and MCBs fitted in control panel, (e) Proper laying up/renewal of wires inside control panel as well as from control panel to DA sensors (f) Fitment of all sensors/ PLCs/ relays/ contactors/ cards and wiring and proving of DA control panel (acoustic enclosure of G1,G2,L1,L2 DAs) Serviceability checks/repairs and proving of Enclosure Fire fighting system of all four DAs including alarm indication system. Repairs / overhaul of auxillary systems in enclosure like lighting, door indications etc. i) Check all safety devices for 4 DA's (L1, L2, G1 & G4) and EDA as per DTTT (V) check list. ii) Offer cold and hot SDC's on 4 DA's and EDA to DTTT (V) trials teams. iii)  Offer ETMU trials on 04 DA's and EDA to trials team. Proving of Remote starting of DAs from PGC console in MCR. 3 Repair / replacement and Calibration of all 4 DA's Calibrate/renew DA LCP HMI and display units. Carryout overhauling of both main and remote control panels. 4 Repair / replacement and Calibration of all 4 DA's Defect Rectification / upgrade of PLC's of all four DA's with software and associated spares. 5 Repair / replacement and Calibration of all 4 DA's & EDA Offer cold and hot SDCs, load and ETMU trails on all four DA & EDA control systems to trail teams and prove the control circuit during basin trails and sea trails..
