| 1 | Providing and fitting of damaged components to 500 KVA manually operated voltage stabilizer unit-IV installed at Water plant CPS Narwal by way of disconnecting all the electrical connection and making temporary provision for running the motors by way of shifting the cables from damaged voltage stabilizer to the other existing voltage stabilizer. Draining of T-oil and storing it properly in barrels and then dragging out the stabilizer from pump room with the help of gantry crane, crane ,tools and tackles at site shifting of voltage stabilizer and T-Oil barrels to workshop . Dismantling of voltage stabilizer, extracting out main transformer coils and voltage regulators. Complete rewinding to 02 nos main transformer coils out of superior quality copper wire and insulating material as per original specifications, varnishing of the coils and drying it in oven for obtaining proper megger value. Cleaning and fitting to the core after proper insulation , reassembling the transformer assembly. Providing and fitting of -02 no. voltage regulator switch, 1000 Amp. change over switch making connections with transformer coils. Replacement of complete internal control wiring, refitting of panel on transformer assembly, Fitting back top assembly into the oil tank and refilling the drained T-oil after filtering and dehydrating by heating/boiling to remove moisture and topping up it with 300 ltrs t-oil approx. shifting of voltage stabilizer from workshop to CPS Narwal. The job includes making all electrical connections by shifting back the power cables to the repaired voltage stabilizer after proper thimbling and crimping of the power cables with new thimbles of suitable size and specifications, testing the voltage stabilizer on no load and then on full load on site. \nProviding and fitting of component to ATS cum control panel of 240 HP motor for W/S Nowabad Era line installed at CPS Narwal by way of providing and replacement of damaged contactor MNX 400 Amps. - 01 no, timer relay – 01 no. The job includes complete rewinding of Auto Transformer Starter and topping up with t-oil 20 ltrs ,providing of new insulation to bus bars and complete internal control wiring, making all the electrical connection and testing the ATS on no load and then on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material and cost of skilled manual labour used for executing the jobs, shifting, carriages, loading and unloading of material , tools and tackles from workshop to site of work, replacement of rusted/damaged nut bolts, including testing charges and any other miscellaneous job or item required during execution of job.
