| Name of Work: Carrying out Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), HAZOP study and preparation of ERDMP report as per PNGRB guidelines for 19 Aviation Fuel Stations in Western Region NOTE: 1. The detail schedule of rates are attached with the tender. Bidders may quote above(+) /below(-)/At par (o) in BoQ considering all items of SOR in appropriate box. Bidders intending to quote 'AT PAR' must quote '0' (zero) in the box below. 2. Bidder should quote their rate by selecting Less (-) or Excess(+) in the Drop Down Box and thereafter filling the Percentage rate in figures (maximum two digits after decimal) only without any condition. 3. The acceptable quoted rate by bidder shall be applicable uniformly on all the items under BOQ. 4. The rates mentioned in BOQ are inclusive of all charges, levies, Octroi etc, except GST which shall be paid extra at applicable rates/rules. GST @18% is considered in the estimated amount.
