Description of Item : API 5L Grade Pipes. Important Instructions to fill BOQ : (FILL IN ONLY COLUMN No.13 & 15) 1. Total landed price at stockpile location excluding inspection charges shall be as per in column no. 16, in line with tender conditions. 2. Please note, 0.25% cost of pipe will be added towards inspection charges for arriving at landed cost. 3. Intending bidders shall have to offer for full quantity of pipe. Offer for part quantity shall not be acceptable and shall be rejected. 4. Uploading of Scanned copy of Price bid is not acceptable and such bid shall be summarily rejected. BOQ is to be submitted after making entries in the above referred columns, without changing any format. 5. Bidder shall submit a scanned copy of the BoQ indicating “quoted” /”not quoted” in all the cells required to be filled. The scanned copy of the unpriced BoQ shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. No tampering in BoQ is permitted and any change in BOQ format will make the offer liable for rejection. 6. Bid evaluation shall be done in accordance with column no. '53' as specified in tender.

1	1	Bidder shall quote landed price (per mtr.) of coated/ bare pipes at stockpile location. This price shall include all costs including but not limited to taxes duties, levies/cess/ handling charges etc., Goods & Services Tax, price of bare pipes, transportation of bare pipes to coating plant, coating, transportation of coated/ bare pipes to stockpile (IOCL & DAFFPL stations), transit insurance, unloading and stacking of pipes at stockpile/ delivery locations but excluding inspection charges. Bidder has to develop the stockpile locations, if required, such as weeding out, leveling etc. For storage, bidder shall provide adequate number of sand bags/ sleepers to have a clearance of at least 300mm between the ground and bottom pipe.
