Description:- The tenderer should quote his offer against the estimated value for 1st year i.e Rs 976543 (Nine lakhs\rseventy six thousands five hundred forty three) as license fee payable. The license fee for 2nd & 3rd year shall\rremain same as of the first year. The license fee for 4th & 5th year shall have an escalation of 10 % over previous\ryear license fee. Total estimated value for five years has been worked out to Rs. 5185443 (Fifty one lakhs eighty five\rthousands four hundred forty three only) only with escalation of 10 % for the 4th & 5th year. Similarly the sum total of\rlicense fee as being quoted for 1st to 5th year shall be total value of the contract. (GST as per rules shall be\rapplicable on yearly license fee.)
