This includes supply of Nitrogen at site by tanker on continuous basis as per requirement. The tankers are to be detained till evacuation of product. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, tanker detention charges etc. as applicable. Payment shall be made on actual consumption basis only.

Carrying out Nitrogen filling (by pushing Product with HDPE foam pig - owner supplied) with an approximate requisite pressure of 6-7 KG/cm2 (at Amod end) for 40.2 Km (14\" OD, 0.250\" wt, API 5LX60 Pipe Grade) length of pipeline in AMOD - DAHEJ Pipeline from Amod Scrapper Launching barrel to receiving Location Dahej (40.2M) by making proper nitrogen injection system at scrapper launching barrel Amod as per specifications, procedure, as per prevailing market practice, relevant IS code and direction of Engineer in charge including supply of all labour, materials, equipments, instruments(excluding supply of pigs) etc. complete in all respects . In this section, owner supplied pigs will be used during the process of Nitrogen injection. Injection of N2 from Amod to maintain 6-7 kg/sq cm with back pressure at Amod-Dahej. Party has to ensure one stand by nitrogen filled tanker all the time to meet any operational requirement of pressure build up during entire nitrogen injection process. Party is also to ensure that there should not be any hindrance from equipment, pressure etc. During entire process of nitrogen injection, safety precautions to be ensured for the personal working there. All instruments to be used at site should be duly calibrated and tested, Calibration certificate is to be submitted with the EIC by the contractor before start of the job.Supply and operation of Vaporisers on hire basis at Amod Station site of typical specifications. The Vaporisers shall be floor mounted suitable to be driven by tractor. Sufficient vaporizers (recommended - 3) shall be installed, two vaporizer shall be operating and the other one on defrost. The vaporizers shall be operated alternately.Installation, pigging, operation of all equipment, change over from one tanker / vaporiser to another, round the clock operation, for complete filling and nitrogen injection job till all the PIGs are received at Dahej and mainline is pressurised to requisite pressure. The equipment shall be dismantled and hook-up point to be blinded. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes (excluding service tax), duties etc. as applicable.Supply of all other accessories / equipment required to complete the job in all respects such as flexible hoses of min. dia 1.00 inch for transfer of Nitrogen to pipeline, flange connections, safety cum outlet control manifold for connection of vaporisers, connecting pipes, NRVs, Globe valves, operational control and instrumentation panel etc. All material shall be on returnable basis after completion of job.Care to be taken to prevent Nitrogen from frosting by continuous splashing of water/other means.Manpower charges for entire project inclusive of supervision and all required safety accessories for purging job. Rate shall be valid for entire contract period. Obtaining PESO permission shall be in the scope of the owner.
