    Selection Of Distributor For Sale Of Paper Lottery Tickets Of West Bengal State Lottery , Note :1 ) All Statutory Taxes ( Central Or State ) , Levies , Lottery Charges , Duties Including Gst Under The Gst Act . 2017 Etc . That May Be Payable For Marketing And Sale Of Lottery Tickets Shall Be Borne And Paid By The Distributor . 2 ) Besides Fixed Margin The Distributor Have To Pay The Government The Prize Amount For Which Income Tax Is To Be Deducted At Source As Provided In The Income Tax Act , The Printing Charges , Transportation Charges And Other Ancillary Charges , If Any And Unclaimed Prizes For Prizes To Be Disbursed By The Distributor , If Any . 3 ) The Selected Bidder Shall Be Liable To Pay A Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Rs . 250 Crore Per Annum . In Case The Total Amount Payable By The Selected Distributor In The Form Of Fixed Margin On Face Value Of Sold Tickets , To The Government In A Financial Year Comes Short Of The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Rs . 250 Crores , The Distributor Shall Have To Pay The Balance Amount . In Case The 1St Draw After Finalisation Of This Tender Shall Start On A Day After 1St April Of Financial Year , The Minimum Assured Amount Will Be Calculated On Pro- Rata Basis . 4 ) The Charges For Draw Payable To The Commissioner Of Agricultural Income Tax , West Bengal Will Be Paid By The Director , Directorate Of State Lotteries . , Percentage Of Margin On Face Value Of Ticket Printed Thereon Offered To The Government Of West Bengal ( In Figures ) [Not Below 2% On Face Value Of Ticket Printed Thereon]
