Engineer-in-charge will ensure that payment of trademen are being paid as per prevailing minimum wages as circulated by the Govt. of India or state Govt. of UP, which ever is high and certificate in this effect shall also be rendering by him.\n\n(ii) Quoted rate of these items should not be equal or less than latest minimum wages.\n\n(iii) Unit rate as quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the following mandatory payment, which is to be made by the contractor to the personal employed: -\n (a) Minimum wages applicable for Bareilly Station as circulated by the Govt. of India or state Govt. of UP, which ever is high, including revision thereof time to time as per Govt. orders.\n (b) Employer's Contribution / Share of ESI, as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue.\n (c) Employer's Contribution / Share of EPF, as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue.\n \n(iv) Detailed notes are given in Schedule 'A' (BOQ) Notes hereinbefore.
