    Shifting /Road Transportation Of Storage Coal From Unit 10 Side Stockpile And Chp-3 South Side Extension Yard ( Chp-3X ) To Chp Coal Yards . , Mechanized Loading & Transportation: 1 . The Party Will Have To Shift / Transport Minimum 3000 Mt Per Day . The Shortfall To This Minimum Quantity Will Attract Penalty As Detailed In Scc . 2 . To Above Effect Party Has To Arrange / Engage Transporting Vehicles And Loading Machines As Required . As A Guideline Party Has To Engage Minimum 10Nos . Of Hyva ( 15-20 Mt Capacity ) And Loading Machines Accordingly ( For Non-Stop Work And Vehicle Movement ) Round The Clock . 3 . Coal Will Be Loaded And Shifted / Transported From Chp-3X Yard / From Site Near Unit#10 Cooling Tower Or At Any Other Location Inside The Plant Premise To Coal Yards Of Chp-1 , Chp-2 Or Chp-3 And Get Unloaded As Per Instruction / Decision Of Mic Depending Upon The Requirement . Party Has To Obey And Execute The Work Accordingly . However As Per Estimation Maximum Coverage Distance Is 3 . 5 Km Approx . For Movement For Coal Loading To Weighment To Unloading . 4 . Party Has To Execute The Work Within The Prevailing Site Condition , Weather , And Coal Quality , Etc . And Should Not Raise Any Objection To That Effect . Although Contract Period Is For Two Years , Depending Upon Plant Requirement Complete Work I . E . Total Of Boq Execution May Be Needed Within A Short Period And Party Has To Mobilize Accordingly .
