Carrying out holiday detection, at specified voltage level corresponding to coating type and as per specifications, and repair of coating, if any,\nj. Trenching to all depths & width to accommodate the pipeline and HDPE duct by excavation in all types of soils including soft/ hard rock, chiseling etc. to maintain clear earth cover as per specification/ drawing and to fit minimum bend radius, by excavation in all kinds of terrain & soil, including stripping top soil to a depth of 300 mm to the full anticipated width of the ditch and storing this material separately along the ROW to allow replenish of this material on top of the backfilled ditch (in cultivable and other areas specially designated by Owner).\nk. Lowering the pipeline in trench, tieing-in, backfilling with excavated earth and/or other suitable soil (top soil stored separately during trenching shall be backfilled on top of the ditch) as directed by Engineer- in- charge,\nl. Laying pipeline by open-cut method at crossings viz., cart-track, metalled/ un-metalled roads, minor water courses (MWC), (except crossings identified as Cased, Submerged, HDD crossings and Marshy areas) and restoration of the site to original condition including performance of additional works for strengthening of banks of water courses etc. without any cost implication to Owner\nm. Carrying out installation of carrier pipe in the casing pipe at cased crossings (excluding installation of casing pipes which is covered separately with or without bundle pulling), it includes preparation of drawings and calculation, wherever required for crossings. Protective coating of 450 micron thick two component epoxy or polyurethane(thickness of 1000 micron), applied with the help of minimum three coats, including supply of materials duly approved by owner for all piping, Valves, fittings, structural steels etc. for buried installation and inside the valve pit.\nu. Maintaining the complete pipelines/ installation for any defect, failures during defect liability period (i.e. 12 months from date of commissioning of Pipeline).\nv.
