The Scope Of Work Includes Opening The Panel Covers , Tightness Checking Of Electrical Connections , Fixing Back The Covers And Servicing Of Breakers And Other Associated Electrical Works , Preventive Maintenance Of Various Motors In Np Plants , Bagging Plant , Ammonia Handling And Conveyors At Site Up To 800 Hp . , Cleaning , Lubricating And Servicing Of Pull Cord Switches , Belt-Sway Switches And Zero Speed Switches Of Np Product And Rm Conveyors . , Cleaning Of Transformer Room And Top-Up The Conservator Oil Level Of Transformers In Central Substation , Npk Substation , Barge Substation , Bulk Substation And In Abu Substation . , Preventive Maintenance Of Capacitor Bank In Central Substation . This Work Includes Cleaning Of The Bushings Of Ht Capacitors , Rvt , Reactors , Cable End Terminations , Bus Supporters Etc And Treating Of Reactor Breather Silica Gel . , Cleaning Of Dust Accumulation In Abu , Barge & Bulk Substations Once In Six Months . This Includes The Cleaning Of All Electrical Equipments Not Specifically Mentioned In This Contract , Removal Of Unwanted And Damaged Cables In Cable Galleries Of Npk And Central Substation . The Removed Cables Shall Be Rolled And Transported To Cable Yard Or Scrap Yard As Per The Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge . , Supply Of Skilled Labour Assistance For Electrical Jobs Such As Overhauling Of Motors For A Period Of Six Months . The Scope Of Work Includes , Dismantling Of Motors , Complete Cleaning , Varnishing , Assembling And Painting Of Motors And Other Associated Works Connected To Above Mentioned Work In Npos Area .
