Outsourcing Of Services For Water Supply Installations In West Area Under Ge Dehu Road , Part-I Out Sourcing Services To Operation & Maintainance Of Pump Sets , Dg Sets , Sluice Valves , Etc Installed At A - I Pump House Located At Indrayani River With One Operator Each In Three Shifts . Note: Applicable For Item No 1 To 9:- ( I ) The Contractor Shall Pay To The Operators/Personals In Their Bank Account And Statement Of Bank Account Shall Be Submitted To Ge For His Verification While Claiming Interim Payment . ( Ii ) The Rates Quoted Shall Be Deemed To Be Inclusive Of All Taxes ( Including Gst , Gst On Works Contracts , Labour Welfare Cess/Tax Etc . ) , Epf For Personals Employed And Also Any Other Levies Payable Under The Respective Statutes . The Contractor Shall Be Required To Submit The Documentary Proof Of Employers Provident Fund ( Epf ) Details For The Personals Employed . ( Iii ) Minimum Wages Shall Be As Applicable As Per Latest Revised Wages Of Labour As Fixed By Govt Of India/State Govt/Union Territory As Applicable To The Work Whichever Is Higher As On Bid Submission End Date . Note :- The Following Factors Shall Be Deemed Included In The Unit Rates Quoted By Contractor:- ( I ) Item No 1 , 3 , 4 &5 :- Equipment Shall Be Operated In Three Shifts Of 08 Hrs Each I . E . First Shift From 0800 Hrs To 1600 Hrs , Second Shifts From 1600 Hrs To 2400 Hrs & Third Shift From 2400 Hrs To 0800 Hrs Of Next Day As Directed By Engineer - In - Charge . ( Ii ) Item No 2 , 6 & 7 :- Equipment Shall Be Operated In Two Shifts Of 08 Hrs Each I . E . First Shift From 1600 Hrs To 2400 Hrs , Second Shifts From 2400 Hrs To 0800 Hrs Of Next Day As Directed By Engineer - In - Charge . ( Iii ) Fgm Shall Have Minimum Iti Qualification / 3 Years Experience . ( Iv ) Contractor Shall Provide Mobile Phone To Fgm Deployed At All Installations For The Round The Clock Communications As Directed By Engr-In-Charge . ( V ) Additional Man Power Shall Be Provided / Arranged By The Contractor If Required In Case Of Emergency Work . ( Vi ) All The Tradesman Shall Be Individual Esic/ Group Insurance For A Year , Each Tradesmen Provident Fund Receipt Of Each Month , Payment Transaction Of Every Month , Duty Roaster Of Each Installation . The All Certificate/ Receipt Shall Be Kept In Record/ Submitted To Each Rar Payment . Tradesman Should Wear Properly Uniform And Name Plate / Badge .
