The bidder shall quote firm prices “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” against the rates mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet as per instructions provided herein after taking into account all the tender terms and conditions and scope of work. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. 3. Only "Bidder Name", "Excess (+) or "At Par" or Less (-)" & "Percentage" are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue cells". For "At Par" selection, the percentage quoted shall be treated as 0.00 and quoted amount at par with estimate. 4. "Excess (+)" or "At Par" or "Less (-)" can be selected from the dropdown menu by clicking on the cell. 5. No changes shall be made by the bidder to S.No., Unit, Quantity. 6. In case of any difference in item description/unit/quantity in BOQ, then the item description/quantity/unit given in the tender document shall prevail. 7.The rates quoted by the tenderer shall include all cost towards equipment, labour & laboratory back-up, logistics, transport, spares, tools, tackles, consumables, etc., travel and stay arrangements and other incidentals including supply of materials as may be necessary for rendering the services as per detailed specifications. 8. Goods and Services tax as per GST Act 2017 for concerned services has been added to the base price of below mentioned services. If the bidder wishes to quote some other Goods and Services tax rate other than mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet, they may quote the same in "Annexure H". Statutory variation on Goods and Services Tax as applicable for the category/service shall be to Owner’s account up to the contractual completion period. Reverse charges mechanism on Goods and Services tax amount shall be applicable as per Govt. rules. 9. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. 2 20 Installation, erection & commissioning of Aluminium dome in the tank (dia 9m) over the existing external floating roof as per detailed scope of work. The scope of work includes errection of the structural components (structural frame and roof panels) of the dome after the completion of M&I works of the tank. The Aluminium dome shall be erected for the tank with the contractor supplied structural components (structural frame and roof panels) of the dome. The vender shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for successful erection of aluminium dome structure. The work scope includes the supply of sealant, gasket material, bolts, fasteners, etc by the contractor as per API 650 Appendix-G for "Structurally-Supported Aluminum Dome Roof". All aspects of the work shall meet the minimum requirements of API 650 Appendix-G and as additionally specified in the technical specification for Aluminium dome. Supply of all materials, consumables, labor, equipment, machinery, crane for erection, tools and tackles, to complete the work in all respects as per specifications, standards, codes, and instructions from Engineer-In-Charge shall be in the scope of the contractor. After completion of all commissioning jobs, test of all instruments, training and handover of system to IOCL is also included in scope of contract. 1 LS

7 70 Blinding for isolating the tank and de-blinding after the completion of M&I works of tank inlet/ outlet/surge line. Scope of work includes blinding the inlet/outlet/surge (6", 6", 12" dia.) line with contractor supplied BLRF, gaskets, etc. along with the retrieval of residual product between tank body valve and flange joint. After the completion of M&I works, the inlet/outlet header line is to be connected to the tank (part of Boxing up of the tank under separate SOR item) as per the directions of EIC. 1 LS
8 80 Desludging- Measurement of sludge quantity in line with tender specifications and instructions of EIC. Removal of sludge admixed with water as per technical specifications and instructions of EIC / Site Engineer. Cleaning of tank / sludge disposal through a combination of mechanical / manual processes including making necessary arrangements using contractor supplied flame proof pump and associated piping system. Taking all safety precautions and degasification of the tank to make it 100 % gas free including supply of all equipments, manpower, tools, tackles, consumables, non-consumables, PPEs, fire and safety appliances, breathing apparatus etc., to complete the job in all respects as per the direction of EIC/ Site Engineer and tender specifications. Calibrated explosive meter should be brought by the contractor to continuously monitor the LEL & oxygen level inside the tank. Double earthing of all the equipments like pump, sludge tank, exhaust/ eductor fan, truck mounted tank etc. shall be done. The work shall entail the complete evacuation of sludge & water mix present in the tank and making arrangement for its storage by supplying properly sized closed container as per the instructions of EIC/site engineer. The evacuated sludge may be thereafter transported to another location for processing (separate SOR item for sludge transportation). 40 KL

18 180 Calibration of the tank by Survey method including all liaison work with the competent authority for approving the calibration charts, preparation of the charts and payment of fees to the competent authority for approval and submission of the charts in hard copy as well as soft copy. 1 LS
19 190 Dismantling & Retrieval of 2 Nos. Dip Hach, 1 Nos. Level Transmitter, 1 No. Level switch & any other items over floating roof and hand over to IOCL for safe custody. Modification of all instruments mounting arrangements by increasing height of mounting pipe structures so as to extend these instruments above Aluminium dome which will be newly installed. The required pipes & flanges of all sizes for increasing height of instruments will be supplied by IOCL. After the modification of these instruments mounting, all instruments will be fitted back in the system. All asociated cables & earthing, cable glands etc. will also be provided by IOCL as per requirement. Suitable foam line modification and cooling water line modification to be done so that height of both lines is increased up to Aluminium Dome and extended back to floating roof from inside AL Dome so that both cooling & foam lines are extended up to AL dome top, from there as well as to top of inside floating roof. 20 200 Strengthening of tank bottom & roof weld joints, annular plate, sketch plates, shell to bottom plate joint, primary wind girder, secondary wind girder joints by depositing additional weld beads (one run with 4 mm AWS 7018) wherever required to restore the joints to the required fillet size of 8 mm including supply of all labour, equipments, consumables, etc., required to complete the job in all respects as per the instructions of Site Engineer / EIC. 50 M
