The AC units/Water Cooler will be handed over to the agency on as it is where it is bases for servicing and comprehensive maintenance. The firm is advised to visit the site, before quoting the rates. All the above units were functional last year, nothing extra shall be paid for above items for making the units fully functional, testing and commissioning complete as reqd.\n(Note:- The contractor is required to complete the servicing & repairing of all Air Conditioning equipments/water coolers within a period of one month and submitt the record to the department. The comprehensive maintenance shall be treated as started only after acceptance by the department that all equipment have been serviced by contractor.) The contractor will handover all the unit in fully functinal condition on completion of the work.
