1	1	Manning, Operation and maintenance of Cold AC Plant of capacity 2 X 16 TR of Make: Voltas & Cool AC Plant of capacity 2 X 5 TR of Make Voltas and 125 KVA DG set, including attending to minor defects like replacement of bolts, nuts, washers, greasing and gland packing to pump for smooth and trouble free operation, keeping an hourly record of plant and inside room temparatures for 24 hours, in 03 shifts a day providing one skilled operator including sundays and holidays at BV Yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\nManpower: One skilled AC operator per shift. \n	1005	Per Shift of 08 Hours
2	1.01	Notes: The quoted rate is inclusive of following :-\n(a) One unit shall run at a time and one as standby in AC Plants and maintaining desired temparature.\n(b) Cleaning of cooling tower sump weekly once and cleaning of plant surrounding area, plant room daily.\n\n
3	2	Manning, operation and maintenance of AC Plant 2 x 16 TR with connected items, at CQAE of Voltas Make, including attending to minor defects for smooth and trouble free operation and keeping an hourly record of plant and inside room temperatures complete, by providing one skilled operator in General shift of 08 hours duration, including sundays and holidays, complete all as directed. \nShift timings 0900 to 1700 Hrs	335	Per shift of 08 hrs

5	3	Manning, operation and maintenance of water cooled type chiller AC Plant 3 x110 TR with connected items, at TRS-II at NAD of Voltas Make model No.EGWFXR 1201MLB2, including attending to minor defects for smooth and trouble free operation and keeping an hourly record of plant and inside room temperatures complete, round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each, by providing one skilled operator in each shifts of 08 hours duration, including sundays and holidays, complete all as directed. \n	1005	Per shift of 08 hrs
6	3.01	Note:-\n(a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of preventive & breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by replacment of bolts, nuts, washers, greasing, gland packing to pump, changing of V belts & tyre couplings but excluding major repairs to plant. \n(b) Take care of house keeping environmental cleanliness, cutting of grass,, maintain operating chart, safety chart & cleaning of installation surrounding area. \n(c) Quoted rates are inclusive of consumble stores such as grease, cotton waste, minor spares. \n(d) One emergency light, Digital Psychrometer at each AHU & AC rooms and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning. \ne) The quoted rate is also inclusive of maintaining log sheets and uniform of duty persons.\n
7	3.02	Note for item Nos. 1 to 3:-\n(a)To maintain the logsheet for AC plant, DG sets, duty rooster, wages register and attendence registers.\n(b) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in-Charge.\n
8	4	Supply and replace of PCB and sensors for 10000 BTUH (1x 10000) cold storage plant including all necessary control wiring complete complete all as specified directed.\n	1	Each
