Note: For Serial Item No . 1 . 00 To 3 . 00 ( I ) The Person Shall Be Deployed After Police Verification And Shall Possess A Valid Id Proof . He Shall Have To Wear The Uniform During Duty Hours . Daily Attendance Will Be Done By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( Ii ) Broom , Buckets , Dustbins , Disinfectants , Kike Phenyl , Acid Naphtha Balls And Cakes , Mopers , Cleaning Agent Like Vim , Detergents And Minerals Turpentine Oil And Hand Sanitizer With Clothes Dusters As And When Required Basis Etc As Required Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . ( Iii ) Hand Tools As Required For Maintenance By Mason / Plumber Shall Be Provided By Contractor . ( Iv ) Employee Deploying Having Minimum One Year Experience Certificate Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . ( V ) 01 No Safaiwala / Sweeper Will Report To Adm Offr At Hq Cwe ( Af ) Jaisalmer And Attendance Sheet Duly Signed By The Adm Offr Of Hq Cwe ( Af ) Jaisalmer Shall Be Forwarded To Engineer-In-Charge .
