( C ) The Operator Shall Carry Out All Daily Routine Checks For Proper Functioning Of The Lifts And Cleaning Of Lift Cabin Car , Lift Machine Room And Contractor Shall Ensure For Its Regular Follow Up . ( D ) Duty Roster Of Operator To Be Employed Shall Be Put Up To Engineer- In- Charge During First Day Of Each Month Duly Signed By The Contractor . , ( E ) Torch And Torch Cell Shall Be Provided By The Contractor For Each Lift And The Cost Of The Same Is Deemed To Be Included In The Rate Quoted By The Contractor . ( J ) Contractor Shall Provide Uniform To The Personnel Employed Without Any Extra Cost To The Department And Cost Of The Uniform Is Deemed To Be Included At Quotedrate In Ser Item No . 1 Of Dcs And For Non Wearing Of Uniform By The Personnel Employed By The Contractor A Penalty Of Rs . 500 . 00 Shall Be Levied From The Contractor Per Person As A Penalty .
