Supplying & plantation of Neem of not less than 1.5mtr height including excavation of suitable size pit (size of pit shall not less than 75 cm dia & 75-80 cm deep) to accommodate the roots of plants including provision of good earth treating with farm yard manure in the ratio (4:1), fertilizers ad pesticides (i.e Bevation and neem cake BHC 10% linson dust. Notes for Srl item No 1 TO 2 :- (i) Height of plant shall be measured from top of foliage (not from the isolated branch/leaf, main stem) to 150mm from top to root. \n(ii) Water will be supplied by MES for arboriculture at MES water point for watering to plants.\n(iii) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to include watering, maintenance of plants will be done for one year after certified date of completion of work of Phase I and if any plant is found dead, or not of satisfactory growth, plants of approved size and shape shall be provided without any extra cost to the state.\n(v) Supplying and application of manure, sweet earth and pesticides, fertilizers, are deemed to be included in the quoted unit area for both Phase I and Phase II.\n(vi) Tenderers to note that 20% cost of quotation against these items shall paid in Phase I and rest of 80% cost will be paid for per quarterly @ 20% in Phase II i.e. in maintenance period. In case of failure by the contractor to maintain the plants as above, the same shall be carried out by the department at his Risk and Cost, and the expenditure shall be deducted from this retained amount or any other dues.\n
