Old Rubber Lining Shall Be Removed From Complete Side Wall / Shell Area , Bottom Plate , Roof , Nozzles , Manholese , Dummies Etc Inside And Outside Of The Digestion Vessel 02 . Removal Of Silica / Deposited Matter / Remains Of Brick Lining Etc On Shell And Side Walls And Bottom Plate Is Also Under The Scope Of This Contract . Rubber Lining Shall Be Chipped In Such A Way That The Plates Are Not Damaged By The Chipping Equipments . Arrangements Shall Be Made To Cover Up The Launder If Required Using Suitable Sheet To Facilitate The Work . Preparation Of Entire Surface After Rubber Removal Inside And Outside Shall Be Done By Chipping , Through Cleaning By Using Wire Brush , Grinding And Buffing . Approx Diameter Of Tank Is 5 . 1 M And Height 5 . 7 M , Aprroximate Area Of Rubber Lining To Be Removed Is 260 Sq . M .
