| 1 | Annual electrical Maintenance for the electrical jobs such as regular / normal operations of electrical & electrical cum instrumentation equipment’s for plant operations including LT/HT installations ,checking, switching on/off of a compressor, air dryers, plant lightings, Monitoring of all electrical activities, cleaning of all LT (PMCC, MCC Lighting APFC,panesl provided in admin building,boiler room,compressor room etc) panels, replacement of fluorescent/defective lights, dismantling of loose unwanted/ unused electrical cables/panels/switchgear and shifting them to designated area, Monthly checking, testing, maintenance and record keeping of electrical jobs as per IOCL PM/PDM formats of All compressors(6 nos)/ DG set(1 nos)/Transformer(2 nos)/fire engines(3 nos)/ air dryers(3 nos), daily checking of electrical panels, and all electrical appliance available in the plant , testing of equipment’s like earth pit testing (twice in a year), relay testing (once in a year), Transformer oil filtration test (once in a year), cable insulation test (once in a year) etc., taking monthly vibration test for all rotating equipment’s like motor pumps, compressors & fire engines every month, operation of DG set and fire engines as per schedule, carrying out daily and weekly preventive maintenance/Checking of 2 nos of transformers of 500 and 750 KVA as per IOCL format,Checking of Insulation resistance, bearing, Vibrations of electrical motors, Daily checking of condition of distribution boards, Battery bank, Lan system, electrical tubelight/flood light fittings, Fans, exhuast fans, Changing of Bearing in Pump/Motor, Installation/Fixing of Pr.Gauges/Temperature gauges, Keeping/Maintaining of record done for Maintenance/Log Books, Assisting during M&I/Safety/Statutory Bodies. Assisting in different electrical Jobs as & when required as per direction of officer in charge. Execution of all types of preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of all the electrical equipments in the Plant. Providing Assistance in electrical maintenance and servicing of equipment if specialized maintenance is being done by OE/ specialist. Providing all type of tools & tackles required for daily electrical jobs utility equipment like DG sets, fire engine & pumps, compressors, driers, boilers, cooling towers, OWS & heat exchangers etc. Preventive maintenance of all electrical panels (MCCs & PCC), lighting panels, LDBs, electrical motors terminal boxes, DG sets, QC laboratory electrical equipment’s, Electrical connections of ACs, EPABX panels, battery checking/charging, UPS/inverter checking, temperature sensor panels, RTD, thermocouple instruments, all types of lighting fixtures & bulbs/tubes, PLC panel terminal connections, relays, ACBs, ELCBs etc. Replacement/laying ,testing,installtion and commissiong of electrical components ,fitting,fixtures,switchgear etc, repair and maintenance of highmasts ,printing date of testing on each earth pit,transformer etc as per test conducted by contractor and providing authenticate certicate for all testing done by the contractor.
