1 1 Quarterly inspection & servicing of the complete air compressor of following capacity installed at different loc Make Atlas Copco \n(i) Preventive Maintenance Visits: Technicians shall visit once in three months (OIT) i.e.in all a total of 4 man-days shall be spent on preventive maintenance.\n(ii) Overhauling: Technicians shall provide one visit of three working days during the contract period for overhauling of the unit. During this visit minimum two technicians deputed for\ncarrying out complete yearly scheduled maintenance once in a year.\n(iii) Service Calls: Apart from the above, in case of any breakdown or any other service required, engineer/ technician with in 24 hrs. From receiving such call at our end except on national/ festival holidays. Such special services can availed two times during the year i.e. in all a total of 2 breakdown/ other service visits are included in the contract.\n(iv) Scope of Work: Scope of work shall be as per Annexure –I of this offer. \nNotes:-\n1: The inspection & servicing shall be carried out by respective OEM only. Contractor has to submit necessary AMC documents with OEM to Garrison Engineer alongwith performance security as required in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249. On account of non-submission of necessary documents of AMC with OEM alongwith performance security, the contract is liable to be cancelled.\n2. The rates quoted shall also include the attending of emergency breakdowns in Air Compressor plants. If such emergency breakdowns are not attended in time, following compensation shall be levied from the contractor's dues:\na) Attending breakdown within 72 hours - Rs Nils\nb) Attending breakdown within 3 to 7 days - Rs 10000 per breakdown.\nc) Attending breakdown after 7 days - Rs 25000 per breakdown.\n3. Spare parts required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items based on their consumption on ground (refer srl item Nos 2.00 to 4.13).
