45 45 SOLAR POWER PLANT :-
46 46 Supply, install, testing, design and commissioning of Solar PV modules to meet cumulative rated capacity of 2 MWp at STOC. Modules will be of Poly Crystalline type with 72 cells and minimum rating of 315 Wp with positive tolerance, with minimum 1100 mm cable length. Module efficincy >15.8%, fill factor>0.7, performance ratio more than or equivalent to 75%,module will be free of PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating. Module NOCT will be 45±°C with temperature coefficient of power <0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from -20°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules will be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generated not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. Warranty against manufacturing defect, raw material, workmanship, inspection and testing procedures shall be 5 years from the date of commissioning. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215-Edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 and other applicable IEC/IS standards. It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity 85 ± 5%l) and should withstand wind 170 KPH on the surface of the panel. 6500 EACH JOB
47 46.01 (i) Each module shall have RFID tag encapsulated with Solar Cells bearing the following details. RFID reader will be provided by contractor.\n ? Name of manufacturer of PV module\n ? Name of manufacturer of solar Cell\n ? Month and year of manufacture (Separated for cell & module)\n ? Country of origin (separately for solar cell & module)\n ? Peak wattage, Im, Vm and fill factor of the module.\n ? Date of year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate including the test lab issuing IEC certificate.\n ? Unique Serial No and model No of Module. \n ? I-V curve of Module\n(ii) The temperature co-efficient for the module shall not be more than 0.50%/°C.(iii) Every module must have by pass diode of suitable capacity.(iv) PV module must conform to latest edition of IEC 61215/IS14286. In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part-I & II for construction and testing & safety qualification & conforming to IEC 62804 PID.(v) It shall also in conformity of latst minimum technical specifications issued by MNRE from time to time. (vi) Provision of earthing & earth strip/cables etc. for earth for solar PV module/Array etc. as per latest IS/MNRE norms to be provided and the cost of the same is to be included in this item and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor on this account. (vii) RFID reader to be provided by contractor. \nNOTE:- 1. All mechanical structures/items ,electrical items and SPV power system for solar power plant must be warranted for a Minimum of 5 years.\n 2.All PV cells and modules used in solar plants setups will be made in India. PV modules are of 72 cells and polycrystalline as per technical specification issued by MNRE.\n3.Modules should be of MNRE empanelled manufacturer of highest rating/grading (Tier-1/catagory 1). \n4.Testing of PV modules at factory premises shall be carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting officer to be nominated by the Accepting officer before the execution of this item. \n5. Contractor shall intimate the engineer in charge in writting at least 15 days in advance before dispatch of the order of PV modules.\n6.The Solar power plant should be designed by MNRE channel partner and duly vetted by Engineer in Charge.
48 47 Module Mounting Structure: Supply ,fabricate and erection of mould mounting type structure hot dip galvanisied mild steel with coating not less than 85 Microns and suitable to wind load 170 KMPH and electrolytically compatible channels,bracing perlins Size as per IS code Design, electromagnite washers nut , bolt inclduing cutting drilling etc. The design shouble be as per relevent latest IS-2061 and galvanizing as per IS-4759. It should be suitable for the wind speed, sun light and climate condition of the plant location. The design life should be more than 25 years and minimum yield strength of 340 MPA. Module Ground Clearance shall be 500mm ± 100mm. Properties of RHS will conform to IS 4923:1997.
