3 3 Supply and Installation of Data Concentrator Units (DCU) with the following specifications:\n• Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) compatible for remote Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution and capable of communicating with the static energy Meter in the corresponding frequency band and with the data server through GPRS and shall have minimum data transfer rate of 9600 bps, internal memory to store data of 50 modules and shall be based on CyanConnode or equivalent corressponding RF Mesh network . \nMake: Capital, L&T, CyanConnode, El Measure, Secure 6 Each
4 4 Supply and Installation of Repeaters units with the following specifications:\nRepeater unit with inbuilt Low Power Radio Frequency (LPRF) Communication Facility and capable of communicating within 965-867 corressponding Mesh network with inbuilt AC power supply. 5 5 Configuration of Cloud Hosted multi user web based Software with following modules:\n(i) Meter Data Management Module\nThe meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:\n(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency\n(b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand.\nThis module would also include funtionalities for energy balance, formula setup, data validation etc.\n(ii) Billing Module\nThe billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users.\nThe billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing.\n(iii) Occupation and Vacation Module: \nThe system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. An android mobile app would be provided for the BSO staff to capture the occupation a nd vacation details on the site if required.\n 173 Each
6 5.01 (iV) Web site: There would be a dedicated website for the AGE and BSO team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would also have the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use).\n(v) Customer Portal\nThe system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data on regaulr basis.\n(vi) Energy Accounting Module\nThe system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available.\n(vii) Communication Module\nThe system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.\n(viii) Meter Master Data\nThe system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process.\n(ix) Excel Export\nThe system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format. \nThe vendor should ensure that the software proposed should have been used with multiple meter makes and should submit a cerification from the software manufacturer that the software has been used with multiple makes of meters.\nMake: Innologix, CyanConnode, Schnieder, EL Measure\n\n
7 6 Four year annual maintenance support for the software and GPRS provisioining (startng after two year of defect liability period). The Annual Maintenance Support would include the following:\n(a) Extended hardware (meter, DCU, Repater) warramty for any manufacturibg defect\n(b) GPRS / Sim monthly charges payment\n(c) Software AMC\n(d) Network Monitoring (identification of non working meter and DCU andrectification)\nThe vendor would need to sign an MoU with the OEM or its authorized representative with the annual maintenance support description. 692 Each
