The broad scope of the Consultancy Services includes the following:\n[a] Reconnaissance to get broad view of the entire area for planning of survey and to know the details of Sewage Network from existing Building to Manholes / Septic Tank / Soakage Pits / Sewage Treatment Plants / Sumps etc. including details of Sewage Lines, Drains, Roads, Streams, Creeks, Installations, Permanent Structures etc.\n[b] Conducting detailed topographical survey at a Grid Interval of 3.00 m and Contour Interval of 0.50 m to provide accurate base line data of existing Sewage Network with all existing Permanent Infrastructure/Utilities, including allocation of boundary, locating all the existing Buildings, Roads, Drains, Green Belt Areas, Installations etc, getting information about Underground Cables, Sewer Lines, Fire Control Systems etc. from various sources and comparison of the available data at site for confirmation using Electronic Total Station. \n[c] Flying the levels from the nearest GTS Mark up to the site and establishing TWO Permanent Bench Marks on a permanent concrete structure and taking levels at required locations.\n[d] Preparation of drawings with all the features like buildings etc. on 1:1000 scale in AUTOCAD format and superimposing the details of underground pipelines and cables in different colours for plotting the details as and when required.\n[e] Preparation of Location Plan / Site Plan on 1:8000 scale in AUTOCAD format highlighting the existing Buildings, Structures and Installations. \n[f] Digitalisation of entire data by presenting in different layers to get the complete view, and submission of soft copies.\n[g] Mapping of existing Sewage Network with reference to Manholes / Septic Tank / Soakage Pits / Sewage Treatment Plants / Sumps etc. and Inverted Levels of manholes.\n[h] Suggestion of location of Sewage Lines, Drains, Manholes / Septic Tank / Soakage Pits / Sewage Treatment Plants / Sumps etc. including their design. | BI01010001010000000000000515BI0100001111 | ||
| 2 | 1.1 | [i] Design of Suitable Sewage System / Network with Zoning if any required conforming to CPHEEO norms for effective drainage of the entire Sewage of the area with reference to the existing or proposed Main Sewers, Trunk Sewers, Submain Sewers, Manholes, Septic Tanks, Soakage Pits, Sewage Treatment Plants, Sumps etc. including their design.\n[j] Drawings shall clearly indicate the Flow Direction, Slope of the Sewage Lines, Cross section of the Sewage Lines / Drains, Main Sewers, Trunk Sewers, Submain Sewers, Manholes, Septic Tanks, Soakage Pits, Sewage Treatment Plants, Sumps etc. as per the design and their location for efficient Sewage Disposal of the entire area, Under Ground Sumps etc. and Pumping Arrangement / System, if required including suggestion of location and design of Under Ground Sumps, Pump Houses and Pumping System etc. \n[k] Preparation of Bill of Quantities as per MES Standard Schedule of Rates for the Designed/Suggested Sewage System / Network, Main Sewers, Trunk Sewers, Submain Sewers, Manholes, Septic Tanks, Soakage Pits, Sewage Treatment Plants, Sumps etc. \n[l] Specific recommendations on feasibility of modifications of existing Sewage System / Network to suit the present requirement, along with calculations and bills of quantities.\n[m] Preparation of Conceptual Project Report incorporating all the above factors with approximate quantities with maps of topography, contour, geotechnical resolution and recommendations of suitable foundation types based on above test results complete all as directed.\nNotes: \n[i] The design shall be based on the data of last 25 years and the consultant shall obtain the data from respective areas if information is readily available with them. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include charges for obtaining the data from the respective areas. \n[ii] Site clearance consisting of cutting bushes, grass, weeds etc. to facilitate surveying and geo technical investigation and depositing all the cut materials within the site area complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.\n[iii] The area of various locations specified here-in-after is approximate and on completion of the surveying work, if the area is varying with that specified here-in-after, the contractor shall have no claim on this account and the rate / Lumpsum quoted by the bidders is deemed to be including for the entire area of respective locations. | BI01010001010000000000000515BI0100001112 | ||
