| 1 | The following repairs works will be carried out to the TATA MOBILE VEHICLE BA NO 05C-077306X OF GE (P) (NAVY) Visakhapatnam :-\n\n(a) Dismantling the wheel Axle Removing the old damaged spares such as Axle bearing 2 Nos, Axle oil Seals -02 Nos fixing the above items in working condition - 01 Job.\n\n(b) Dismatching the opening the defective fuel pump and replacement of pump pinger -04 Nos, Rotor Assembly - 01 No, bearing - 02 Nos, Pump seal kit - 01 No delivery valves - 04 Nos of injector nozzle - 04 Nos of injector nozzle - 04 Nos, pressure testing of nozzles and testing the fuel pump after fixing into proper position.\n\n(c) Engine Tune-up by changing engine oil, gear oil, engine oil filter, fuel filter and air filter.\n\n(d) Dismatching the seats, removing the old existing the seat cover and replacement of seat covers stitched with new Rexene cloth with extra cussion in all seats and fix the same in original position.\n\n(e) Taking out unserviceable seat belt set complete both sides and fixing new sheet belts in the vehicle.\n\n(f) Taking out unserviceable foot mat Set and Supply and placed on new foot mate set complete.\n\n(g) Overhauling the front suspension system by Repair/Replacement, coil spring strut assembly outer tie rod spindle steering knuckle, ball joint, lower control arms lower control arms bushing, suspension bush kit, leaf spring assembly left side, lower arms, upper arms, support rods and bushes, shock observer assembly complete \n\nNote :- Retrieved material will be the property of contractor \n\n | 1 | JOB |
