Stator Air Cooler For 33 . 5 Mw , Hydro Generator At Ganguwal And Nakkian Power House Of Ashp , Pspcl , Shrianandpur Sahib . , Manufacturing , Testing , Supply & Delivery Of 30 No . Stator Air Coolers For 33 . 5Mw Machines For Ganguwal&Nakkian Power Houses Of Ashp , Anandpur Sahib , Note - Note: ( I ) Evaluation Of Tender:The Merit Of Bidder Shall Be Evaluated On The Basis Of Total Of Prices Quoted . ( Ii ) If Rate Of Gst Is Not Given , The Maximum Applicable Rate Of Gst , Prevailing At The Time Of Opening Of Tender , Shall Be Taken Into Consideration . ( Iii ) The Firms Indicating Nil Or Concessional Rate Of Gst In Their Tenders ( If Any ) Will Have To Absorb Gst Up To The Full Rate Applicable At The Time Of Tendering . ( Iv ) In Case Quoted Prices Or Any Other Declaration / Statement Given In This Section Do Not Tally With The Ones Given In Main Tender Or Elsewhere , The Ones Given Here Shall Be Considered As The Quoted Price . ( V ) Any Arithmetical Error Shall Be Considered To The Advantage Of The Purchaser . ( Vi ) The Bidders Shall Not Be Allowed To Indicate Over All Discounts On The Quoted Price For Which Spit Up Has Been Given . Any Firm Offering Discount Of The Quoted Price Or After The Opening Of Tender Will Be Out Rightly Rejected . ( Vii ) Tenders Without Break Up Of Prices Are Liable To Be Rejected . ( Viii ) The Provisions Of Gst Act Shall Prevail Upon Wherever Applicable In The Terms And Conditions Of The Specification As Per Annexure Attached . All Other Terms And Conditions Shall Remain Unchanged .
