The Job Includes Providing And Fitting Of Necessary Wirings , Thimbles Etc Required At The Site . All Tools , Tackles And Safety Items Are To Be Arranged By The Firm . Make Siemens ( Model No 3Rt 1044-1A ) , Providing And Fitting Of Fully Automatic Star Delta Starters Of 15 Hp With All Accessories . The Job Includes Providing And Fitting Of Necessary Cables , Thimbles Etc Required At The Site . All Tools , Tackles And Safety Items Are To Be Arranged By The Firm ( Make L&T/Havells/Schneider ) , Opening Of The Condenser , Evaporator , Panel Etc Of The Chiller Plant By Employing Skilled Manpower And Chain Pulley Block . The Job Then Involves Thoroughly Removing And Cleaning/Washing Scales , Dirt Deposit S By Using Wire Brush , Scrapers And Blower . The Inside Of The Coil Will Be Cleaned By Circulating Through It A Solution Of De-Scaling Compound , Sulphamic Acid Powder Of Reputed Make ( Approx . 25 Kg ) And Water Continuously For 24 Hr With The Help Of Pump While Maintaining A Ph Of 1-2 . The Solution Is To Be Circulated From Tank/Barrel/Trays . All Consumable Items Viz . Brushes , Detergent , Diesel/Kerosene Oil , Dhoti Cloth Required Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor . The Job Also Involves Dismantling/Cleaning Of The Points In Starter , Tighting Wiring And Junctions , Contactor Assembly Etc . The Components Shall Be Again Reassembled , Tested And Commissioned After Overhauling . The Job Includes Replacement Of All Seals , Gaskets , Asbestos Rope . Asbestos Felt , Asbestos Sheet , Defective Nuts , Bolts Etc . As Shall Be Required . The Tools And Tackles Required For The Job And Any Other Consumables Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . , Providing And Filling Refrigeration Gas R-22 . The Firm Shall Provided Preventive Maintenance Schedule For Approval Of The Department . The Same Shall Be Got Printed On Two ( 02 ) Nos Of Flex Board Of Size 3Ftx4ft To Be Displayed At Specified Locations As Identified By Executive Engineer/ Aee Concerned . However Any Item Not Mentioned In The Nit Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Included For Achieving The Best Performance . The Other Terms And Conditions Will Be As Annexure B
