Heading , Collection Of Garbage & Garden Waste Regularly By Segregating Into Biodegradable And Non-Biodegradable From All Units , Offices And Common Areas In Mepz-Sez Campus Every Day Including Rainy Season Such That The Campus Is Clean From All Garbage And There Is No Complaint From Any Of The Units In Mepz Regarding Accumulated Uncleared Garbage . The Rate Quoted Shall Include Loading , Transportation To Govt . Approved Dumping Yard Arranged By The Contractor , Unloading And Disposing Off As Directed By Tamil Nadu State Pollution Control Board , By Providing Sufficient Number Of Labourers And Supervisor , Complete As Directed By The Site-In-Charge . Statutory Approval For Disposal Of Garbage From Concerned Authorities Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor . The Contractor Shall Maintain A Register And Get It Signed By The Concerned Person Of Each Unit While Clearing The Garbage . Before Taking Out The Truck , It Should Be Got Verified And Gate Pass Signed By Site-In-Charge And The Work Shall Be Carried Out As Directed By Him .
