In Patches By Surface Dressing On Old Surface With Hot Bitumen Of Grade 80 / 100 In Required Quantity Mixed With Hard Stone Aggregate Of Required Size And Quantity Mixed Together After Cleaning The Surface ( By Brush And Mechanically Air Pressure Machine ) Properly And Disposing Of Debris Including Consolidation With Road Roller Of 8 To 10 Tonne Capacity, Providing And Applying Tack Coat Using Hot Straight Run Bitumen Of Grade 80 / 100 On Existing Surface @ 0.5 Kg / Sqm. Etc. All To Be Completed As Per Directions Of Engineerincharge. Providing And Applying Tack Coat Using Hot Straight Run Bitumen Of Grade 80 / 100 Including Heating The Bitumen, Spraying The Bitumen With Mechanically Operated Spray Unit Fitted On Bitumen Boiler, Cleaning, Washing And Preparing The Existing Road Surface As Per Specifications On Bituminous Surface @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm. Tack Coat Will Be Applied In Two Layers, 1St Coat For Laying Premix Bituminous Carpet And 2Nd Coat For Laying Seal Coat. The Rate Shall Include For Removal Of Debris Out Of The Premises, Etc. All To Be Completed As Per The Directions Of Engineerincharge. Providing And Laying 40 Mm Thick ( Compacted ) Premix Carpet Surfacing With 2.25 Cum And 1.12 Cum Of Stone Aggregates Of 13.2 Mm And 11.2 Mm Size Respectively Per 100 Sqm. And 52 Kg And 56 Kg Of Hot Bitumen Per Cum Of Stone Chippings With Paving Asphalt 80 / 100, Coarse Sand 0.6 Cum Per 100 Sqm. And 128 Kg Bitumen Of Grade 80 / 100 Per Cum Of Sand Heated And Then Mixed With Solvent At The Rate Of 70 Grams Per Kg. Of Asphalt, Mixed The Filler, Stone Aggregate And Bitumen In Hot Mix Plant, Transporting The Mixed Material By Tippers To Paver And Laying The Mixed Material With Paver Finisher Fitted With Electronic Sensing Device To The Required Level And Grade Over A Tack Coat With Hot Straight In Bitumen Including Consolidation With Road Roller Of To 10 Tonne.
