Servicing And Overhauling Of Valves , Pumps , Hp Air System And Strainers Works On TurnKey Basis Of Ins Sujata , sd / sdnr / globe / butterfly / gate valves / reducers / qsvs / storm valves / hydrants ( complete sow will be executed as per annexure-b ) , overhauling of valves: up to 49mm , overhauling of valves: 50 to 99mm , overhauling of valves: 100 to 174mm , overhauling of valves: 175 to 249mm , overhauling of valves: 250 to 349mm , consumables / components / items / spares / material: for executing of the above mentioned jobs , contractor has to procure , supply all items and fitted in its place . contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required consumables / components / items / spares / material mentioned at s . no 10 of annexure - a ( terms and conditions ) , for the entire sow , against third party / oem invoice for all spares supplied for the scope . the taxes will be paid as per actuals . the cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the boq for this line item for satisfactory completion of the specified sow . payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this serial ( 7 ) against third party / oem invoice . , sow for hp air system: the following overhauling / repair works are to be carried out on the hp air system , system to be proved to satisfaction of ship staff / naval trial agency . all valves , valve chests , reducers , relief valves to be overhauled and pressure tested to the required pressure , satisfactory trails to be shown post overhauling; all air bottles are to be cleaned , inspected , overhauled , pressure tested to the required pressure and assembled with all mountings post overhauling; all pressure gauges are to be supplied of stainless steel type , glycerin filled and the same to be fixed on a m . s supporting plate fixed to the deck / bulkhead along with suitable pipe lines and adaptors . welding / cutting of the m . s supporting plate is in contractors scope . the works involves replacing reducer valves , pressure relief valves , pressure gauges , valve spindles etc . , , remove , clean and pressure test following air bottles to 1 . 5 times of working pressure: all air bottels to be buffed , cleaned , inspected , pressure tested to the required pressure and assembled with all mountings post overhauling replace the defective . all spares are to be supplied by contractor only . , remove , clean and pressure test following air bottles to 1 . 5 times of working pressure:- hp air bottles - qty 04 , capacity 500 ltrs , remove , clean and pressure test following air bottles to 1 . 5 times of working pressure:- control airbottles - qty 02 , 250ltrs , check all valves for leakage . identify valves not holding and renew them . i ) 100 mm gm globe - 04 nos , ii ) 15 mm gm globe- 06 nos , 32 mm gm nr globe- 02 nos , iii ) 40 mm gm globe- 05 nos , iv ) 40 mm gm nr globe-04 nos , reducing valves- 05 , test , refit and reset relief valve . removal / fitment of new relief valve - 04 nos and reducers - 04 nos;
