    Tender For Fabrication And Erection Of Ms Duct Work For Boiler Flue Gas By-Pass Ducting Arrangement -1. Boiler Flue Gas Ducting of MS (SA 516), thickness – 08mm for by-passing Super heater with Dimensions as mentioned below a) Length – 900mm b) Height – 600mm c) Width – 58mm (With Flanged connection OR Spool piece as suitable in centre for isolation of duct & dummy plate to suit the flanges) 2. Dummy Plate Flanged isolations at the ducting ends i.e. Inlet & outlet of the super-heater. Material supply shall be in scope of BNPM, bidder has to quote for job work considering the site conditions at BNPM Boiler house for fabrication including cutting & welding at site, erection / fitment and leak proof test of the ducting) {if required bidders can visit the site} 3. Insulation of the ducting has to be done by the bidder for entire new fabrication and area damaged while carrying out the work.
