| 1 | Providing Motorcycle bound security supervisors (MBS) with necessary T&P such as mobile phone, torch, lathi, wistle & liveries and neatly dressed for 10 Hrs (9.00PM to 7.00AM) for night patrolling to check unauthorized malba dumping at specified stretch of road under SER-1. The duty of the MBS will be to prevent and report the unauthorized dumping of malba to the local Police and get the errenous vehicle impounded. If the supervisors fail to prevent the dumping of malba the same shall be removed by the agency free of cost within 24 Hrs.\nThe fine imposed due to dumped malba on this stretch/location on the Government Official or otherwise by SDMC/NGT or pollution relugating agencies, shall be paid by the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department.
