Block , Pet-Ct Block And Dharamshala For Regularisation The Addition /Alteration , Modification And Construction Carried Out In Existing Building Including Checking Of Structural Stability With The Help Of Available Structural Drawings Or Non-Destructive Test ( Ndt ) Or Partial Destructive Test ( Pdt ) Analysis Of The Structure Of Which Structural Drawing Is Not Available . Submission Of Audit Report To Engineering-In-Charge And Get Corrections And Amendment In Existing Building As Per Building By Law And Giving Structural Stability Certificate Including Preparation Of Existing Building Plans , Layout Plan/ All Submission Drawings/ Models For Submission To Mcd And Other Local Authorities And Obtaining Approval From Local Bodies I . ( Necessary Statutory Fee Shall Be Born By Dsci ) , Preparation Of Architectural And Structural Drawings For Construction Of Multi Level Fire Exit Ramp With Lifts And Parking /Opd Block Etc As Per Requirement Including Getting Approval Of Same From Local Bodies I .
