Servicing/Repair of air conditioning unit of modular operation theatre (OT) of 11 TR capacity at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by replacement of damaged compressor 01 No of capacity 5.5 TR and providing and fitting of PCB with controller card 1no. including internal wiring of the same, Dryer-1 No. complete servicing of AHU of Packaged Air Conditioning Units of 11 TR capacity by way of servicing with proper chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling coils and also washing of air filters. \nThe job further includes leak detection test of the compressors of 5.5 TR capacity each by ways of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line and then charging the compressor with refrigerant R-22.\nJob also includes providing and fitting of new fan belts 01 no as per sample, Rewinding of Outdoor fan Motor-01 No. \nComplete servicing of blower of AHU by way of dismantling, carriage to market for its servicing/strengthening. The job further includes providing and fitting of 02 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital. The job also includes reassembling/ installation and testing on full load.\nThe job also includes complete servicing of contactors by way of removing carbon deposits and making new connection and P/F of 32A/40A Contactor-02 No.\nComplete job includes cost of material and labour charges and taxes(GST) thereof. \n
