Notes for Item No. 1 to 2: \na) Weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. \nb) Tools, safety equipement, overall combination/ uniform, safety shoes and daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste, Log Books & Records etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. \n\n
