    Annual Maintenance Contract For Operation Raw Water Intake System And De-Silting Of Intake Well At Nrl Site , Operation Of Raw Water Intake System Round The Clock Basis Which Includes The Following Operational Activities Under The Operational Guidelines Where Applicable And Under The Instruction Of Nrl Authorized Official With The Compliance Of All The Safety And Statutory Norms: A ) Safe And Smooth Operation Of Three Nos Of Vertical Submersible Pumps For Delivery Of Raw Water From Intake Well To Site As And When Required In Twenty Four Hours Daily . Proper Monitoring Of The Running And Standby Pumps Are To Be Carried Out And To Report The Abnormal Condition To Shift In-Charge , Cpp . B ) Operation Of Vt Pump Gland Sealing System , Operation Of De-Silting Pump , Operation Of Diesel Generator As And When Requires And Schedule Testing , Operation Of Drinking Water Pump Including Filter Bed Backwash , Operation Of Lakos System . The Above Operations Are To Be Carried Out As Per Instruction Of S-I-C / Eic . C ) To Maintain Proper Housekeeping Of Entire Raw Water Intake System ( Pump House Area , Bridge Area , Control Room Inside And Outside , Toilet Etc ) Including Minimum Gardening . D ) Coordination Of All Maintenance And Shutdown Job , Lifting Of Silt ( By Using Simple Tools And Machines ) From Inside Of The Intake-Well Including Disposal Through The Gates Into The River As Desired By The Eic . ( Supply Of All Requisites Along With Safety Arrangements Are In Contractors Scope , )
