Taxes and Duties as applicable and any other Cost required to complete the project as per Tender provisions.\n2. The Price quoted by the Bidder above are final and binding to the Bidder.\n3. The rate are inclusive with all Civil and Mechanical works rate for all complete of work.\n\n4. Payment for items No. 10 shall be payble to the contractor as per actual works executed at site based on actual Work done against BOQ Rate and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with prior permission.
