29 29 Cutting wild grass, bushes, creapers, unwanted vegitation from inside / surrounding of installations including cutting creapers from barbed / cattle fencing of the installations as and when required and as directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed.\nNote: (a) The item shall be operated maximum four times in entire period of contract in the same installations. 31 31 Servicing / maintenance including repairs but excluding spares as required for following components of complete Altoc Dosing system installed at (a) pump house no 08 = 01 tube well x 02 job / month , (b) pump house no 11 = 01 tube well x 02 job / month , (c) pump house no 03 = 01 tube well x 02 job / month, (d) 256 SU Kaluchak pump house = 01 tube well x 02 job / month, including following operations:\n(a) Dismantling of Altoc Dosing System complete part by part in MES yard/ workshop, cleaning of all the stationary and rotary parts and display the parts at site for inspection of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability / unserviceability of plant and to ascertain the quantam of defects and repairs involved.\n(b) Transporting the defective parts to authorised dealer for repairs as decided by the Engnr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective unserviceable parts.\n(c) Assembling the Altoc Dosing System after repair/service and carrying out necessary test in presence of Engnr-in-Charge to establish functionability of the repaired plant upto the entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge.\n 48 Each job
32 31.01 Note for ser item No 31.00\n(i) Maintenance / servicing of each Altoc Dosing System shall be measured and paid maximum twice in every month. However, in case of unserviceability of the same, the contractor shall be required to carry out the job for its maintenance any number of times as required and directed at site as a case of emergency breakdown.\n(ii) Any parts required to be replaced during repair / servicing of Altoc Dosing System shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this BOQ\n(iii) Any minor parts required to make plant serviceable even if notified by the Engr-in-Charge shall be supplied by the firm without any extra cost to the department.\n
