Term contract for artificer works to perofm such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained and as are enumerated in the MES standered Sch of rates Part I 2009 (specifications) togather with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES standered Sch of rates Part II 2010 (Rates) together with errata 1 to 20 amendment No 1 to 59 forming part of tender documnets during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. \nNote :\n(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 4th row and 6th column of this BOQ excel sheet.\n(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standered schedule of rates Part II 2010.\n(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and tatal amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract. Seperate work order as per requirement of works during currency of contract will be ordered. The work order shall be priced at the rates given in SSR and shall be adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.\n(iv) Irrespective of amount generated by the system in the BOQ, acceptance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. However the total contract sum shall not exceed estimated amount shown in BOQ.
