(Excluding River Travers Survey Work & its drawing i.e. cross section, L-Section of river etc.)

Collection of data (Excluding River Travers Survey Work & its drawing i.e. cross section, L-Section of river etc.) required for Preparing & submitting Report of computerized EAP and Dam break Analysis / Study in 6 copies as per Dam Safety Manual Chapter-8, Technical circular of MERI Nasik No.DSO/PB-4/1582 dated 16/11/2015 & as per the latest government guidelines, including all the required technical, non technical staff & vehicle to collect the data in maximum 30 days, feeding data to computer, taking print out for proof reading & then final print out on 75 GSM A4 paper form, photographs, maps, drawing wherever necessary with attractive cover design, indexing, paging & binding etc in minimum 100 pages. Also Follow up, Submission of Compliance, arranging meetings, presentations (PPT) & getting approval/Obtaining Clearance to the EAP report from Competent Authority, in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at all stages complete. Report should be submitted in six part Format as follows With all the recorded computer data in hard copies & a soft copy on CD/pen drive. \n1) Introductory.\n2) Responsibilities.\n3) Emergency procedures, probable damage of live stock or property in the flood affected area.\n4) Preventive actions.\n5) Preparing Flood hydrograph & computation of flood after Dam break.\n6) Appendices as prescribed Dam Safety Manual Chapter – 8. \n(Soft copy of all the data & drawings of Traverse Survey along river per Km. with L- section, cross section etc. will be provided separately by the departments which are also to be printed as per the requirement and get it attach in the Report.)\n
