Outsourcing of services for Operation of Electrical Installations and MES E/M service centre round the clock everyday from Monday to Sunday, using one electrician (SKILLED) in each shift (i.e. 24 Hours in three shifts each shift of 8 hours) with the operation and maintenance of following plants/Equipments etc. at receiving Substation ‘A’ at Tech Area Air Force Station Maharajpur complete all as specified and directed :-\n(a) HT panel with HT VCB – 06 Nos (b) Transformer 400 KVA – 01 No (c) Transformer 500 KVA – 01 No (d) LT Panels – 02 Nos\n(e) The electrician will receive the E/M complaints and enter into complaint register and maintain the complaint register at MES service centre as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\nNote for Item Sl No 1 to 4:-\n(i) Payment shall be made as per minimum labour wages fixed by State Govt/ Central Govt whichever is higher.\n(ii) The quoted rate of bidder shall not be less than minimum labour wages fixed by State Govt/ Central Govt including GST, LWC & ESIC in any case otherwise such bid shall be rejected and shall not be cosidered for acceptance.\n(iii) Cleaning of complete installation & surrounding area is contractor`s responsibility.\n(iv) Checking of electric connections of all components.\n(v) Replacement of minor parts such as Flair nuts, LT cable joints with suitable size lugs are contractor’s responsibility.\n(vi) All operator should have minimum 03 years of work experience or shall be ITI trained.\n(vii) All operator will wear proper uniform as approved by GE and shall be provided by contractor.\n(viii) Contractor will employ additional employ for rest/leave/period\n\n\n\n

(ix) For panel recovery on account of non-operation of installation/absent of operators from duty etc respective clause of particular specifications shall be applicable.\n(x) Proper handing / taking over of operator to be done and operator should not leave the plant till arrival of next operator. \n(xi) Insurance of all operator shall be contractors responsibility. Deptt will not be responsible for any accident.\n(xii) Stationery for maintenance of installation record shall be contractors responsibility (Daily Log Sheet, Attendance register, Wages Register, Routine maintenance Register )\n(xiii) Log sheets / complaint register of installation shall be submitted daily by contractor before 9`O` clock.\n(xiv) Operator shall carry out daily maintenance of installation \n(xv) The contractor shall operate the installation and to maintain the system functional as per users requirements.\n(xvi) Contractor shall submitt the nominal roll of persons to be employed alongwith qualification/experience certificates, Police verification identification certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before employing the staff.\n(xvii) Contractor will submit nominal roll within 20 days of acceptance of contract and qualification and experience certificate and on submission of nominal roll, work will be issued for commencement.\n
