ULPA (Ultra Low particulate air)-filtered before being released as exhaust. Blowers Should be of Reputed Make .Control System for the cabinet should be latest and equipped to control and monitor all the major parameters .Built-in UV Germicidal Lights for thorough sterilisation. ISO certified . Should incorporate latest safety systems.Cabinet made of Steels (work zone –stainless steel 316( L)and side walls –electro galvanized steel) with antimicrobial coating. Pre-filter assemblage for multi-dispose particle predominantly in the size range of 5 -15 microns. ULPA filter 0.1 microns .Airflow : Designed for 0.45m/s to 0.65m/s when measured across the entire filters space during the rated life cycle of filters.Cleanliness level – class 3.Fluorescent lamp with minimum 36W (2 nos). Flow ratio : class II type A2 ; 70% recirculation 30% exhaust . UV-light capable of sterilizing the work area – UV tube should be Philips (Holland) or equivalent. Front Door: 8mm thickness toughened glass , power operated ,adjustable as per lab requirement . Noise level < 60 db.Power supply : 220 V to 240 V , 50 Hz AC power supply.Virus tight extract ULPA filter. Cock for gas shall be provided. Extra power outlet switch . Minimum Inner dimension : 5 ft* 2 ft *2ft (W * D*H). Should have DOP port and DOP test facility . Provided with electrical loop sterilizer. The instrument should be microprocessor based and is controlled through a LCD display for the following : Pressure , pursing and exhaust time delay,down flow, display of UV hours , UV auto off when sash door opens, audio visual for security ULPA blockage, sash limit.The instrument should have : Motorized doors for up/down movement , burn assembly (incineration), UV usage meter for monitoring UV life .Certification – BIS approved / ISO 13485; Documentation: IQ, OQ & PQ documents with manufacturer material test certificate and calibration reports shall be provided .Calibration certificate from an NABL accredited Lab.Wheels and levelling legs PU solid wheels with plated brackets and metal levelling legs.
