Hiring of 01 (One) No. non - AC light vehicle like TATA winger maxivan or equivalent run by diesel with minimum seating capacity of 14 (fourteen) (including driver), Make – TATA or Mahindra & Mahindra or any other company for Security Agency for escorting loaded coal rake from Raniganj railway Station to MTPS track hopper and for escorting empty coal rake from MTPS track hopper to Raniganj railway Station forround the clock duty for a period of 02 (Two) years under the control of DGM (Admn.) subject to authorization of the vehicle beyond 23/06/12, which may be extended for a period of another 01 (one) year subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor. The vehicle will also ply to bring security personnel at track hopper of MTPS in each of the three shifts in a day. In addition to the above the vehicle will also run for liasoning of police to meet MTPS management.
