40 6.0706 NOTES :- \n(a) Single limb IMPULSE TEST AND HEAT RUN TEST shall be carried out at Manufacturers factory or approved laboratory and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. \n(b) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officers nominated by Accepting Officer at manufacturers factory and all routine test pertaining to IS: 1180 shall be carried out.\n(c) Site testing: Insulation resistance, oil temperature alann trip, Winding temperature alarm and trip, Bucholtz relay alarm and trip, Low oil level alarm, testing of annunciation systems by auxiliary relay triping of transformer, Polarity marking and phase sequence, Ratio test, vector group, magnetizing current, dielectric strength and filtration if required shall be carried out.\n(d) Cost of armoured control copper cables of required length and core for OTI, WTI, deferential relay and Bucholtz relay etc. from Power Transformer to 11-6.6 KV C&R Control Panel and RTCC Panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 41 6.0707 (e) Foundation and civil works as per manufacture's recommendation shall be provided at 'NO' extra cost to the dept. \n(f) Earthing shall be measured and paid separately.\n(g) The stud for neutrals shall be sufficiently long to fix 2 Nos strip earthing.\n(h) Routine test as per IS 1180 shall be conducted and test certificate shall be furnished.\n(j) The quoted price shall be deemed to be inclusive of connecting of trip contacts of bucholtz relay and temperature indicator of windings of oil to the trip coil in panel board.\n(k) Cost of initial oil filling with ester Oil having di electric strength not less than 70KV at 2.5mm gap shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.\n(l) All material and labour required for provision of differential Protection of transformer including wiring and testing at site shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.
