| 3 | Description:- Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, South Eastern Railway, Kharagpur Division, on behalf of the\rPresident of India, invites E-Tender for awarding of operation & maintenance contract of Deluxe "Pay & Use" toilet\rcomplexe at Digha Railway station circulating area on "build, operate and transfer" (BOT) basis for a period of 15\r(fifteen) years only. This toilet shall be constructed by the successful bidder at his own costs and shall be operated\randmaintainedbyhimon"Pay&Use"basis.Thesuccessfulbiddershallconstructstructurallysoundand\raesthetically appealing building complex for deluxe toilet as per plan submitted to and approved by Railways at his\rown costs. Yearly license fee i.e. yearly departmental reserve price of the said contract is Rs.1,97,100.00 (Rupees\rone lakh ninety seven thousand and one Hundred only).The tenderer(s) will quote his/her/their bid on said yearly\rdepartmental reserve price [i.e. first year license fee he/she/they offer(s) to pay] through online in the tender bidding\rcolumn of tender form.The bid amount, quoted less than the said yearly departmental reserve price will not be\rconsidered. |
