This toilet shall be constructed by the successful bidder at his own costs and\rshall be operated and maintained by him on "Pay & Use" basis.The successful bidder shall construct structurally\rsound and aesthetically appealing building complex for deluxe toilet as per plan submitted to and approved by\rRailwaysathisowncosts. Yearlylicensefeei.e.yearlydepartmentalreservepriceofthesaidcontractis\rRs.1,16,435.00 (Rupees one lakh sixteen thousand four Hundred and thirty five only).The tenderer(s) will quote\rhis/her/their bid on said yearly departmental reserve price [i.e. first year license fee he/she/they offer(s) to pay]\rthrough online in the tender bidding column of tender form.The bid amount, quoted less than the said yearly\rdepartmental reserve price will not be considered. |
