Tender Details

Supply Of Rail Cutting Wheel, Abrassive Type Rail Cutting Wheel Having 350 To 400Mm Dia +5Mm/-3Mm , With Operating Speed Of 4800 Rotation Per Minute Having Bore Of 22.23Mm +5Mm/-3Mm Disc. The Materials Shall Be Such That, The Disc Periphery Doesn%U2019t Break/Chipped Off During Cutting Operation. The Disc Shall Be Capable Of Cutting Of Rails Of Any Section Upto 65 Kg/M And Of Any Metallurgy Upto 110 Uts. The Disc Materials Shall Be Such That, There Shall Be No Fumes/Smokes Emitted During The Operation. The Physical Stability To Retain The Disc Flat In New Condition And Also During Operation Shall Be Sufficient. The Operational Tolerance (Which Shall Be + 0.5 Mm In Vertical And Horizontal Direction. The Disc Shall Be Continued For Use Upto Discard Diameter Of 260 Mm.
