15 14.01 Note for item No.1-14 above\n(a) Contractor has to employ minimum following staff for manning & operation of the AC plants at each shifts of 8 hours \n(i) One No operator having minimum ITI qualification in Ref Mech/Electrician trade from Govt recognised institute with minimum 2 years experience in maintenance & operation of AC plants in each shift of 8 hrs (Total 3 shifts )( for item No. 1 to 12) (Except item No. 2 ie 01 Shift)\n(ii) One No operator having minimum ITI qualification in Ref Mech/Electrician trade from Govt recognised institute with minimum 2 years experience in maintenance & operation of AC plants in each shift of 8 hrs .(Total 2 shifts)(for item No.13 & 14)\n(b) Contractor will maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly , monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period in a binded book/register and will obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge\n(c) The operator/helper will ensure general cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis.\n(d) The routine maintenance/checks shall be strictly carried out by the operator all as per the list of routine maintenance activities with periodicity as per appendix 'A' to PS hereinafter attached. (e) The unit rate quoted shall deemed include for maintenance for earthpits, cutting & removing of vegitation and upkeep of the surrounding area, all around the bldg upto 6m from the plinth protection all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per month will be levied and recovered from dues. (f) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator & helper and design of uniform shall be got approved. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per uniform will be levied and recovered from dues.\n(g) In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s Manning & Operation derived from pro rata rate of Sch ‘A’ quoted rates. \n(h) Defective parts of plants will be replaced and measured under respective item of this schedule.\n(i)Power supply for operating the installations will be made availiable by department free of cost.\n\n
16 14.02 (j) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator helper (as applicable) through e payment ie Aadhar linked bank account (Credit to their bank account).GE shall ensure that e-payment made to the operator/helper and their wages shall not be less than minimum wage fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more Monthly e banking statement shall be furnished by contractor to the GE and same shall be kept in record fully verified. \n(k) It is responsible of the Contractor to deposit the employee provident fund (EPF) to concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by Ministry of labour for all operator/helper as applicable. all necessary proof in this regards shall be submitted to the Engg in Charge for verification and record. the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provision . In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, shall be liable for action on deemed if decision of GE in this regard of final bid
17 15 M&L dismantling electric motor of any make, 3 phase 415V of following capacity, opening the motor for rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding as per manufacturer design including varnishing & drying and re-assembling the motor, connecting with proper alignment and testing complete including transporting to workshop for rewinding complete all as directed.
