24	24	Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for mandatory spares mentioned at S.No 1 of Annexure - A in Mandatory Spares List, for the entire SoW, against third party/OEM invoice for all spares supplied for the Scope. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. Mandatory List of Spares is attached. Contractor has also to quote all line items mentioned in Mandatory Spares List (S.No.1) seperately. The price quoted in BOQ wrt under this serial should match to the total price furnished by the bidder as per the detailed price breakup in Annexure A. In case of any discrepancy, the amount which is beneficiary to HSL would be considered at the time of placement of order. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW.
