Annual maintenance contract (AMC) for Daikin make water cooled screw chiller of 175 Ton at Advance Cancer Hospital, Bathinda. Included works:- 1. 4 No. routine services and checkup. 2. To Check chilled water Flow, 3. To Check The system operating pressure, 4. Checking of all sefety control systems, 5. Report to the custmer for any parts faluirs , 6. To attend break down calls, 7. De-Scaling of condensor coil with proper brushing once in a years.\n8) Conducting a leak check and identifying leak sources.\n9) Checking the refrigerant cycle to verify the operating balance.\n10) Cleaning of Filters on indoor units.\n11) Checking of the AHU and cooling tower drain line.\n12) Checking Electrical and mechanical system of the units. \n13) Running diagnostic check of motor control panel.\n14) Checking of all terminals and tightening electrical connections.\n15) Checking of display data accuracy and set points.\n16) Checking of three phase volatge & current balance.
